Château de Pennautier is a true "Versailles of the South", thanks to its style and size. The site can welcome from 10 to 500 people for private events and prestigious seminars: rooms for meetings and receptions, function rooms, a ballroom, 20 four-star double rooms, the Chateau chapel, and a listed 30-ha park, charming restaurant and shop on the estate, a 150-seat theatre in the village, visits to wineries and tastings, extra accommodation with partner hotels or charming gites. The listed 17th century Château has stayed in the hands of the same family since its construction, and has been entirely renovated by the current owners Nicolas and Miren de Lorgeril.
Located 5 km from the city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, Château de Pennautier is also one of the most beautiful wine producing properties in the region.
